Membership fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing your request to: membership@baf.solutions. In the subject line please type the word CANCEL in all caps. 

 

Merchandise refunds/exchange. There are no refunds on merchandise. However, if defective, you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and must contain a copy of the receipt.
